I had the chance to compare the Quadro 2000 with a Gefore GTS 450 last week.
I tested it with Maxon Cinebench and also with Octane Demo Version.
The OpenGL Speed of the Quadro 2000 was higher than the GTS 450 (which is a cheap card for 100 Euros) but
in Octane Render, the GeForce performed a lot better.
I used the Benchmark Scene from the Demo and waited until 2000 S/px were computed.
Here the results: Nvidia Geforce GTS 450: 4:54Min Nvidia Quadro 2000: 6:42Min
Test System was a Intel Xeon 2,67GHz, 6GB Ram.
After these tests I bought a Geforce GTX 460 which is a lot faster than the GTS 450. And your 560ti will be even faster! So in your case, if you decide because of the Octane Render Speed, the choice is simple. I was really suprised that a 100 Euro GeForce kicks the 400 Euro Quadro's ass allthough they both have 192 CUDA cores!!
