ขอแนวทางการflash biosหน่อยครับ

คือปัจจุบันใช้asus gtx980 strix oc
profile การoc มีประมาณนี้ครับ
core : +220
mem : +300
power limit : 122%
temp limit : 91 c
core voltage : +37 mV (พอเพิ่มแล้วลองไปดูใน gpu-z เหมือนไฟจะไม่เพิ่มอะครับ คือก่อนเพิ่มไฟ max volt อยู่ที่ 1.2120V พอเพิ่มไฟไป37 ก็ยังอยู่ที่ 1.2120 Vอะครับ)

เลยลองไปหาข้อมูลปรากฏว่าดูเหมือนว่า gtx series 900 ถ้าเป็นnon-ref max volt จะถูกจำกัดโดยnvidiaเองที่ 1.21 V ส่วน ref อยู่ที่ 1.26V มีวิธีเพิ่มไฟโดยใช้การflash bios ดังนั้นจึงได้หาแนวทางมาโดยการมาediting bios โดยผ่านโปรแกรม Maxwell Tweaker (สำหรับการ์ดจอซิป maxwellนะ) และได้ลองเอาไฟล์rom จากbios ที่เป็นค่าdefault ของผมเองมา ให้ดูเพื่อที่จะหาแนวทางการเพิ่มไฟ ไปที่สัก1.23 V หรือเพิ่มไฟประมาณ 20mV ครับ

อยากจะoc 980 ไปสัก1600 จังเลยแต่ติดที่แรงดันไฟตันอยู่1.21vนี่แหละครับกดเพิ่มในmsi afterburnerแล้วไปดูในgpu-z แรงดันไฟก็เท่าเดิม

เคยเข้าไปสังเกตการณ์แล้วครับ ส่วนใหญ่ที่เห็นก็ค่อนเฟริ์มว่า การ์ดref 980 ไฟอยู่ที่1.265 v แต่ของnon-refอยู่ที่1.21v แสดงว่าจุดที่ปลอดภัยจริงๆของ980ก็คือ1.265v ไรประมาณนี้อะครับ แต่ก็มีการเพิ่มไฟpower limit อันนี้ผมไม่กล้าเพราะไม่เห็นแนวทางเลย

Power Target - This is how you increase the nominal operating power. This also represents the slider in Afterburner, etc. Max should match Max of TDP.
If you set your Max TDP and Power Target higher than the combined power of your rails, you will never be able to reach the specified TDP/Power Target.
So, Remember: PCIE + PSU Rail1 + PSU Rail2 = Max TDP/Power Target

ผมลอง mod power target 117>120 แล้วสรุปคือ ไม่ได้ช่วยให้เสถียรเลยครับ เสียประกันด้วย

There is strong evidence that afterburner may be incorrectly showing 1.275v. Several people, including myself, have measured the actual voltage from the back of the card to be at ~1.31-1.32v.

Power target มันจะอยู่ 121-125 นะครับแต่ watt มากกว่าเดิม

พอบูทแล้วจะเป็นเดิมๆนะครับ ไปลากเอาใน tweak ไฟมันก็ตัน 1.2 แต่ที่จิงไม่ใช่นะครับเท่าไรไม่รู้ ก็ไม่รู้จะลากในtweak ได้รึเปล่า ยังไม่ได้ลอง555
อย่าแฟลชเลยครับเสี่ยงเปล่าๆ555

2. Although the power limits are increased, the sliders still go to 125%. This is because the default power was also increased.
3. The BIOS still scales to low voltage/clockspeeds when idling, and does not implement the P00,P02 workaround, it actually does voltage scaling correctly.
4. If benching, be sure to set Preferred refresh rate to "Application-Controlled".
5. If benching, remember to set Vertical sync to OFF. Leaving G-SYNC enabled, for example, causes a severe drop in bench scores.

เอาไว้mod ของตัวเองแล้วจะมาตอบใหม่ตอนนี้ไม่ได้อยู่กับ970

vCore 1.281 TDP เพิ่มจาก 250000>372500 โหลดได้หนักขึ้น power target ยิงไม่ได้นะครับ 100 ตลอด อยากได้มากกว่านี้ก็บอกนะครับ
