การถอนติดตั้ง IDM แท้

สามารถถอน License จากคอมอีกเครื่องไอเครื่องใหม่ได้มั้ยครับมีขั้นตอนอย่างไรบ้างหรือว่าแค่ลบโปรแกรมแล้วใส่ key ที่เครื่องใหม่ได้เลยครับ
