มีปัญหาตอน formatt เครื่อง พอถึงตอน setup window มีคำสั่งนี้ขึ้นมา หน้าจอ blue screen

IT ที่บริษัทบอกว่า harddisk มีปัญหา
แต่ทางร้านบอกว่าเป็นเพราะแผ่น Window , harddisk ไม่พัง
