คือตอนนี้ผมเอาคอมไปเข้าศูนย์มาละเขาลง win 7 32bit ผมเลยไปซื้อแผ่น win 7 64bit 4in1 แบบ Ultimate Home อะไรแบบนี้พอผมrun จากCD มันก้ขึ้นว่า

ซึ่งผมก้เลยลอง run จาก BIOS แต่พอถึงหน้าเลือกภาษา อะไรนี้ละครับคีอดก้ใช้ไม่ได้เม้าก้ใช้ไม่ได้ เหมือนมันค้างไฟที่คีบอดก้ไม่มี ผมเลยไปหาข้อมูลจากต่างประเทศเจาบอกว่าหากอัพจาก 32bit เปน 64bit จะไม่ได้อะไรนี้ละจากการแปลมั่วๆของผมมันต้องล้างเครื่องก่อน
ผมเลยจะถามวิธีการล้างเครื่องโดยไม่บูทแผ่น window พอจะมีวิธีไหมครับ?
ปล.อาจเปนคำถามเด็กน้อย เพราะผมไม่เคยลง window เองเลย TT
