1. restart เครื่องเข้า Safe mode (ปกติกด F8 รัว ๆ)
2. (ไม่ต่อ net) เปิดโปรแกรม IE แล้วเข้า internet option > ไปที่แท็บ Connection > กด Lan Settings > เอาติ๊กหน้าประโยค Use a proxy server... ออก
3. ต่อเน็ตและ ดาวน์โหลด Download MalwareBytes Anti-malware

ลงโปรแกรม อัพเดต แล้วก็สแกนเครื่อง เอาตัวอันตรายทั้งหลายออกไป
4. โหลด OTM (OldTimer) เพื่อรีเซ็ต Windows system HOSTS

เปิดโปรแกรมพิมพ์ข้อความด้านล่างนี้ในช่อง "Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved"

MalwareBytes Anti-malware มันรันไม่ได้อ่ะครับผมลองรันโหมดปกติกะ Safe mode แล้วครับติดตังได้แต่รันไม่ได้อ่ะครับ

เปิดโปรแกรมและนั่งรอ(อาจนาน)จนกว่าหน้าต่างดำ ๆ ที่เด้งขึ้นมาจะหายไป

ใช้ MalwareBytes Anti-malware ตามปกติทันที (ห้าม restart เครื่อง)
