ช่วยบอกวิธีการตั้งภาษาหน่อยครับ

คือไปเปลี่ยนอะไรไม่รู้ใน Regional and Language Options แล้วตัวหนังสือมันเพี้ยนๆ แล้วก็ตัวที่กด เปลี่ยนภาษามันไม่ได้เป็น ไอตัวที่อยู่รองจาก ESc ก็เลยอยากรู้ วิธีตั้งค่าปรกติ ทีี่ใช้ักันทั่วไป
