ลง Window media player 10 ไม่ได้ครับ

คือตอนลง Window มันลง Window media player 11 มาให้ครับ แต่ผมรู้สึกไม่ชอบเลยลบออก แล้วเอาตัว Window media player 10 มาลง ปรากฎว่ามันลงไม่ได้ครับ มันขึ้นข้อความว่า
"This version of Windows Media Technologies is incompatible with this version of Windows. For more information, view the information at the Microsoft web site." อย่างนี้ต้องทำไงครับ รบกวนทีครับ ขอบคุณมากครับ
