ขึ้น error แบบนี้แก้ยังไง

พอดีผมเพิ่งลง windows xp เมิ่อกี้สดๆ จะลง driver มันก็ขึ้นว่า Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate to access the item.
