ช่วยผมที ผม logon เข้าไม่ได้ครับ

ผมบังเอิญไปกดลบ รหัสผ่านทั้ง password และ fingerprint ครับ แล้วเผลอ logoff -*-
ตอนนี้อยู่หน้าจอ logon ซึ่งใส่ password อะไรก็ไม่ผ่าน fingerprint ก็ไม่ได้

ต้องลง window ไหม ป่าวครับ T T

credentials คืออะไร สมัครตรงไหนเหรอครับ
