  • Please help me, my computer notebook is out of function

First, I was updating my windows live messenger but it's so long to wait. Because I wanted to watch EURO 2012 from www.gmmeuro.com, I restarted my computer notebook immediately (had not closed any application).

Second, when my computer notebook was starting, it showed the blue screen (I can't read it as it was very short time).

Third, My computer notebook restarted itself, and showed the message (I can't remember all of this) " Your computer has failed to start. If you have not shut down it, select start normally. Otherwise, insert your installation disc, restart your computer, choose your language and select repair your computer" There were 5 options to choose (I can't remember all of this)
    1.safe mode
    2.safe mode with networking
    3.safe mode with...
    4.last configuration...
    5.start normally

Fourth, I selected 5th option, and then it showed blue screen.
Fifth, I selected 4th option, and then it showed blue screen.
Sixth, I selected 3rd option, and then it showed blue screen.
Seventh, I selected 2nd option, and then it showed blue screen.
Eighth, I selected 1st option, and then it showed blue screen.

Ninth, I inserted my drive disc and no thing was different.
Tenth, I inserted my recovery disc, chose recover my first partition. When it was processing, it showed blue screen and the message "ERROR"
Eleventh, I tried to do it(Tenth) again, and no thing was different.

My first question is "What part of my computer notebook is out of function?"
My second question is "How can I recover it? or Which way can I make it in normal function?"
My third question is "If I can't do it by myself, who can help me (ASUS service center, private computer shop, and etc.)? And how much?"

Ps. My computer notebook is ASUS N 51 series. Its operating system is genuine WINDOWS VISTA HOME PREMIUM that came along with my computer notebook when I bought it. I bought it 3 years ago, therefore it is not in warranty.
Pps. I am thai people, but can't type in thai language, so you can answer me in thai language.
Ppps. My computer notebook can't start WINDOWS OS but it can start in ASUS EXPRESS GATE. I use SPLASHTOP BROWSER to type this topic and this is reason "Why I can't type in thai language". If you know how to change my language, please tell me.

Please help me! Please help me! Please help me! (chuay pom duay na krub)

1st: Remove HD and plug into other PC. If other PC can access into your HD then try to scan for any bad sector or error.
2nd: Upon completion of error scanning, backup all data as required to other HD.
    3rd: Format that HD.
4th: Restore back HD into original m/c and reinstall Windows and forget about authentic vista, go for Win 7.

If above steps do not help, bring your laptop to any shop.
    Good luck...

1.what does the harddisk look like?? ---Go to google.
2.after you open case of your computer, the first one you say ''what the fuk is that''
-pick a screw driver to take harddisk support out .
-slide your old harddisk out of bracket
        -put your new ssd in.
If you are not sure to do it by your self, you will let me to do at your home.

          1. Nothing much to worry about. Just make sure do not strip the screw, try to use the right size of screw driver.
          2. Remove the Baterry first before you do anything.
          3. Open the rear cover then you will see HD compartment. There may be some scre 1 or 2 lock the HD and you have to unscrew it.
          4. Slowly slide the HD backward (outward from the laptop).
          5. You will need to have external HD case for 2.5" HD and ensure whether SATA or IDE, what I guest is should be SATAII.
          6. Also get this oppoortunity to clean up all dust and dirt on the fan and other parts.

          Good luck..
