Pearce Clune หนึ่งในหัวหน้าแผนกฝ่ายผู้บริโภคได้กล่าวในบทสัมภาษณ์ของ Shuffle Magazine ว่า Alienware M11x โน้ตบุ๊คพลังสูงหน้าจอ 11 นิ้วของ Dell ที่เปิดตัวไปเมื่องาน CES 2010 ที่ผ่านนั้นกำลังจะได้อัพเกรดจากซีพียู Intel Core 2 Duo เป็น Intel Core Series (2010) รุ่นปัจจุบันนั้นก็คือ Core i3, i5, แล้วก็ i7

สำหรับ Alienware M11x นั้นถือเป็นโน้ตบุ๊คหน้าจอ 11 นิ้วที่ Dell กล่าวว่าทรงพลังมากที่สุดในบรรดาโน้ตบุ๊คหน้าจอ 11 นิ้ว ซึ่งสเปคปัจจุบันของ Alienware M11x นั้นจะมาพร้อมกับการ์ดจอ Nvidia GeForce GT335M, แรม 4GB DDR3, ฮาร์ดดิสขนาด 500GB, แล้วก็ซีพียู Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 ความเร็ว 1.3 GHz โดยการเปลียนซีพียูจาก Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 นั้นเป็น Core Series นั้นอาจเพิ่มพลังให้กับ M11x นั้นได้มากพอสมควรเลยทีเดียว
