Thank you, but now that I sold my Optiplex 3050 (i3-7100T) I've just bought this M75q one below.
At only 13,803 baht it's a much better deal and it's brand new.

CPU is a bit slower than the i7-8700T, but no difference in productivity applications (it performs like an i5-9500T)
