หลังจากไม่ได้ใช้เครื่องPCมา 1 เดือน
มาวันนี้ เปิดใ้ช้งาน พบว่า ไม่ได้ยินเสียง ซึ่งเมื่อก่อนก็ใช้งานได้ปกติ
พอดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ Creative Volume Control ขึ้นแจ้งเตือนว่า "The audio device supported by this application is not detected. The application will exit."
เลยลบไดร์เวอร์เก่าออก และจะลงใหม่ ก็ลงไม่ได้ ขึ้นแจ้งเตือนอีกว่า "Setup is unable to detect a supported product on your system. Please ensure that your product is properly installed before running this Setup program.
Setup will exit"
กดเข้าดูที่ Device Manager กลับไม่พบซาวน์การ์ด
ใช้ Audigy 2 zs คู่กับ Roccat Kave
Win XP 32Bit
รบกวนผู้รู้แนะนำด้วยครับว่าเกิดจากสาเหตุอะไร
