convert swf to flv while youtube can't do it automatically

someone told me that Youtube can convert .swf after upload video file to it, then i try to do that, but finally got an error "can't convert the file", it seems that Youtube can't convert .swf file. i try to use swf to flv converter and adjust the encoder as h.264 which Youtube recommended, upload again, works ! lol..
