Headphone Amplifier
TPA6120A2 - High Fidelity Stereo headphone driver from TI. Each output goes to stereo headphone, where the listener enjoys crisp, clean music.
Therefore, users can experience hi-fi stereo without the need for an external amplifier.
Claro halo design excellently provides the output to high impedance headphone up to 600ohm. A jumper switch for the high impedance headphone setting is on the board ("HIGH" or "LOW")
Note: DO NOT CONNECT LOW IMPEDANCE HEADPHONE (under 32ohm) WITH "HIGH" SETTING.
Toshin Kogyo audio capacitor
High grade for audio capacitor(UTSJ type) from Toshin Kogyo is used for analog output (Headphone and RCA ).
Panasonic - Metalized Film Capacitor
Claro halo uses high grade metalized film capacitors for both opamp and headphone amp IC ports to ensure noise-free ananlog output.
Samyoung - mass storage Capacitor
Mass storage capacitors and protection circuits deal with electronic shock and noise effectively. They control in-rush current to be gradual increase and decrease for fade-in and fade-out. This protects monitor speakers and headphones from being damaged by the "pop-noise" when you turn on and off the system.
Swappable OPAMP socket for Front Channel
Claro halo separates the signal to positive and negative in DAC then send the mono polarized signals to four dual opamps where only one type of polarity signal will be handled per each opamp in order to maximize the efficiency of the opamps. And this circuit can increase stereo-talk dramatically. Please note that total 4 opamps are to be swapped for your perferred analog sound color. Factoy installed opamps are 4580 (JRC).

High quality RCA connectors are mounted by nuts and lock washers to ensure rigid installation and endurance.
Advanced Front Panel Audio support
You can enjoy headphone amplifier output on Front Panel Audio on your PC case. Claro halo provides Intel standard (AC97) Front Panel Audio pin for your PC case. All analog outputs will be muted when you connect headphone on Front Panel Audio of your PC case. And we provide a jumper switch to disable the muting feature. And users can connect a second microphone without any reduction of input signal level

XT connector
Claro halo XT is a bundled Claro halo with an addition of "XT card". The XT card extends the analog outputs to 7.1 ch. Connect the XT card to this connector.
2pin connector for digital input and output
2pin connector for coaxial digital input and output. CA1 cable (2pin one end coaxial the other end) is available. See CA1 cable.
