facing problem in creative 5.1 5200 woofer is not working

hy its Athar here ,,...i have creative inspire 5.1 5200 system...its all speakers are working but woofer is not responding...I have changed TDA 8510 and also TDA 7372B...but still problem is there yet woofer is not working...plz guide me what should i have to do.....hoping your guideline will make me happy
