Here you can download k10stat, the great utility for AMD Phenom II overclocking and underclocking. I publish a zipped version of the k10stat installed in my pc, I do it since I didn't find a reliable source for this small and powerful utility: I use k10stat only for underclocking/undervolting of my AMD Phenom II X4 940, many people use k10stat for overclocking.
