ขอเืทคนิคหน่อยครับ Phenomx3 610 กับ MB: GA-MA770 ครับ

PhenomIIx3 710 2.6 อยากไปถึง 2.8 ปรับ bus ไป 216 vcore 1.475 แล้วบู๊ต วินโดวได้ แต่ โปรแกรม ใช้แล้วหลุดตลอดเลยครับ

ต้องปรับ อะไรเพิ่มบ้าง ขอคำแนะนำด้วยครับ
