เห็นมีโปรแบบ8mb cabel 699 แบบตามบ้านอยู่ครับ

แต่ผมต้องใช้6mb แทนเพราะต้องการโทรศัพทด้วย - -

ระบบ Cable Modem นี้ True ให้บริการในต่างจังหวัดมานานแล้วนะครับ
แต่คงเป็นบางจังหวัด และบางพื้นที่เท่านั้น

ใช้สาย Coaxial เดินไปตามบ้าน เหมือนระบบ Cable TV ที่เคยทำในสมัยก่อน

ระบบนี้ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องระยะทาง ถ้าสายถึง ก็ได้ความเร็วเต็มที่ แต่สายมันไม่ค่อย
จะไปถึงนั่นสิ ... 555

ปัญหาก็มีบ้าง เพราะในสาย Coaxial เส้นเดียวกัน จะแชร์ความเร็วกันกับเพื่อนบ้าน
ที่เป็นสมาชิกด้วย แต่เขาว่า สายเส้นนี้ มันรองรับความเร็วได้สูงมากๆ ดังนั้นไม่น่า
จะมีปัญหา (ถ้าไม่ได้แชร์กันมากมายนัก .... แต่แชร์กันจำนวนเท่าไรก็ไม่รู้ ???)

เห็นบอกว่าเป็นระบบ DOCSIS 3.0 ซึ่งเป็นระบบใหม่ล่าสุด ที่พัฒนาให้ดีขึ้นกว่า
Cable Modem ระบบเก่ามาก (แล้วมันดีอย่างไร ก็ไม่รู้ ???)

ปัญหาอีกเรื่องคือ Modem ที่ให้ยืมมา ไม่มี Wireless จะต้องเอาไปต่อร่วมกับ
Wireless Access Point เพิ่มเอง แต่ไม่แน่ว่า ใช้ตัว Wireless Router ทั่วไป
ได้หรือไม่ อย่างไร แต่น่าจะทำได้ไม่ยาก (แต่อาจจะยากสำหรับ User ทั่วๆไป)

True เขาทำมาเพื่อให้บริการ Cable TV ในสายเส้นนี้ด้วย ลงทุนเครือข่ายครั้งเดียว

ถ้ามันก็เล็งว่าพื้นที่ไหนใช้ Adsl มันเยอะๆ มันก็ลงทุนในจุดนั้นก่อน เพราะลากไปจุดเดียวได้ผู้ใช้เป็นพันๆราย
แบบนี้แถวบ้านผมคงรออีกเป็นปีแน่เลยกว่ามันจะต้องการลูกค้าเพิ่ม

ที่มันได้เฉพาะคอนโดเพราะว่า Bandwidth ของการส่งข้อมูลมันมีปัจจัยเรื่องระยะทางเป็นปัจจัยหลักเลย ในคอนโดมันไม่กี่เมตรเอง เค้าแค่วางโหนดไว้ในคอนโด แล้วแค่ลากสายไปที่ห้องอีกไม่กี่เมตรก็ถึงห้อง

ส่วนเห็นมีคนถามว่ามันจะแชร์กันมั้ย บอกได้คำเดียวว่าแชร์ แต่จะมากจะน้อยไม่รู้อิอิ เพราะท่านลองคิดดูถ้าไม่แชร์จะค่ายไหนยอมลงทุนอุปกรณ์เป็นแสนเป็นล้านเพื่อเก็บ 699 ต่อเดือน
