NZXT announces its HALE90 PSU line
NZXT has announced a new line of modular power supplies that will feature an 80+ Gold certification and a single +12V rail, the HALE90 series.
The HALE90 series will be available as a 550W, 650W, 750W, 850W and 1000W model and are compliant with ATX 12V v2.2 and EPS 12V standards. The entire series features an 80+ Gold certification, have a single +12V rail and feature a 140mm dual ball-bearing fan to keep it nice and cool.
Due to its single +12V rail design, the HALE90 series gives up to 83A on this rail for the 1000W model (45Amps on the 550W model) and, in addition to ten SATA peripheral connectors and nine Molex connectors, it has a total of three 6-pin and three 8-pin PCI-Express connectors.
In order to follow the green trend, the HALE90 series consumes under 1W in off state and also features flat cables for neater looks and better cable management.
The entire line is backed by five years of warranty and should be available pretty soon with a price tag ranging from US $119.99 for the 550W version to US $209.99 for the 1000W model.
