Cooler Master is planning to storm CES 2010 in January with the official unveiling of the CM 690 Advanced II mid-tower chassis, the successor of the CM 690. Seen below, the upcoming case has a black-painted exterior and interior, four exposed 5.25-inch bays, two pre-drilled holes for watercooling tubing at the back, a 120mm fan at the rear, two holders for 80/92/120/140mm fans on the side panel, and probably at least one front and two top fans.

Cooler Master has finally taken the veil off its second-generation CM 690 mid-tower PC chassis' which aim to please enthusiasts and gamers. Both new cases, the CM 690 II and CM 690 II Advanced, have a steel body, measure 214.5 x 511.8 x 528.8 mm and are colored black (inside and out), have four exposed 5.25-inch bays, a tool-free design, and a top-placed I/O panel with one eSATA, two audio and two USB 2.0 ports.
The cases also have dust filters for all meshed areas, two pre-drilled holes for the tubing of liquid cooling systems, and are equipped with a blue LED 120mm fan (1200 RPM) in front and a rear 120mm fan. In addition to all this, the CM 690 II Advanced includes an external SATA dock (at the top), a 1.8"/2.5" drive cage for smaller drives (SDD-ready), and a steel GPU retention bracket for then multiple cards are present.
Both CM cases are set to become available 'soon', just be sure you saved up a little these past holidays.
