Upcoming 45nm Lynnfield CPUs have no any secret.While the first member Clarkdale of 32nm Westmere launched in Q1 of 2010 also been revealed.
Quad-core Lynnfield CPUs fall under Core i7 and Core i5.Dual-core Clarkdale CPUs will cover Core i5,Core i3,Pentium series.
32nm Clarkdale series have seven models,four of which belong to Core i5 600 series with clock speed range of 3.2-3.46,supporting for Hyperthreading and Turbo boost.They have 4MB L3 cache and a TDP of 73W.The lowest is $176.
Core i3 500 series include Core i3-540/530 clocked at 3.06/2.93GHz without Turbo boost support.They are priced at $143/$123.
New Pentium series has only Pentium G9650,which runs at 2.8GHz and has 3MB of L3 cache and 73W TDP with a price tag of $87.It is the first sub-$100 product since Nehalem architecture debuts.
