ขอแนวทางแก้ไข dhcp แจก ip(lan) แต่ไม่สามารถออก Internet ได้

ตอนนี้ผมเจอปัญหาตรงที่ว่า มี Laptop 1 เครื่อง เจอปัญหาดังนี้ครับ

ปัญหาที่เจอ

1. เครื่อง ได้รับ IP(Lan) ผ่าน VLAN 1 ที่ชั้น A แต่ไม่สามารถออก Internet ได้ โดยขึ้น (The default gateway is not available = Not fixed)

สิ่งที่ลองทำไปแล้ว

1. ทำการลง Windows ใหม่
2. ลองทดสอบเปลี่ยนเป็น VLAN 2 ที่ชั้น A สามารถใช้งานได้ปกติ แต่พอเปลี่ยนกลับเป็น VLAN 1 ที่ชั้น A กับไม่สามารถใช้งานได้
3. ลองทดสอบใช้ VLAN 1 ที่ชั้น B สามารถใช้งานได้ปกติ แต่พอกลับไปที่ ชั้น A โดยผ่าน VLAN 1 กับใช้งาน Internet ไม่ได้ แต่ยังครงได้ IP เดิม

*** ไม่แน่ใจว่าปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเกิดจาก DHCP หรือไม่นะครับ เลยมาขอคำปรึกษา
