สงสัยเรื่องสายไฟ sata คับ

ผมเห็นสายไฟ sata มี 2 แบบ
แบบมีสายส้ม(ไฟ3.3) กับ ไม่มี
ถ้ามาต่อ HDD มันจะต่างกันไหมครับ เรื่องประสิทธิภาพ
