my new Asus 7850 2GB I couldn't get alot of performance out of BF4. Of course I knew my CPU was the bottleneck now. So when I read about Mantle recently I couldn't wait for the new Beta Driver to be released.

After installing the driver today, I played a short while on Paracel Storm while thinking that turning on Mantle without restarting already was enough, I was kind of disappointed about the 40-50 FPS which I got (on low!). However I decided to restart the game and noticed that I had around 80 fps on the same map.

So I tested the FPS difference on the Test Range (yea I know but I didn't want to look for an empty server and all that) and never expected such a huge increase in FPS.
