มีข้อความอย่างนี้ต้องแก้อย่างไร

profile พัง

ต้นเหตุอาจจะ
- hdd มีปัญหา
- ram มีปัญหา
- หรือจะไม่มี hardware ชิ้นไหนมีปัญหาเลยก็ได้ (เกิดจากการดับกระทันหัน, shutdown ไม่สมบูรณ์)

อาการนี้ คงต้องหา winpe, windows live (hiren) มา boot จาก cd/usb เพื่อเอาข้อมูลเก็บไว้ที่อื่น
* หรืออาจจะเอา hdd ลูกนี้ไปต่อกับ pc เครื่องอื่นเพื่อเอาข้อมูลออกมาก่อน

จากนั้น ก็ format, ลงใหม่ทั้งหมด (clean setup)
