เคยเป็นแล้วเกือบโยนทิ้งจริง ๆ ค้นเจอเลยลอง ได้ผล ทำตามข้างล้าง


แปลง่ายๆ ก็คือ ต้องปิด power management ของ USB ที่เราใช้ครับ
To disable power management of the USB hub, follow these steps:

คลิก start แล้วเลือก run พิมพ์คำสั่ง Devmgmt.msc จะปรากฎหน้าต่าง
Device Manager window ขึ้นมา
Click Start, click Run, type Devmgmt.msc, and then click OK. The Device Manager window opens.

จากนั้นกดขยาย list ของ Universal Serial Bus controllers
Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.

คลิกขวาที่ USB Root Hub เลือก Properties ครับ
Right-click a USB Root Hub in the list, and then click Properties. The USB Root Hub Properties dialog box is displayed.

คลิกเลือกแท็ป Power Management เลย
Click the Power Management tab.

เอา option Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power ออก
Click to clear the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box, and then click OK.

ทำแบบนี้กับ USB Root Hub ทั้งหมดครับ แล้วเลือกเมนู Action แล้วคลิกที่ Scan for hardware changes.ครับ
Repeat steps 3 through 6 for each USB Root Hub in the list.
On the Action menu, click Scan for hardware changes.

วินโดว์จะจัดการกับอุปกรณืตัวใหม่ แล้วเราก็ปิดหน้าต่างนี้ไปครับ
Windows XP recognizes the new device.
Close the Device Manager window.

ถอด USB เจ้ากรรมออกระแป๊บนึงแล้วเสียบใหม่ได้เลย
just unplugged for a few minutes and USB back on!
