(1) Open the System Preferences from the Apple menu.
(2) Click "Printer & Fax" in the System Preferences.
(3) Click the "+" button to add a printer.
(4) If Ricoh Network Printer appears in the Device list, select the printer and click "Add" button to install the printer driver.
If Ricoh Network Printer does not appear in the Device list, please continue to step 5. The printer may not appear in the list if the printer and the Mac is connected to a different network segment.
(5) Select "Advanced" icon.
If "Advanced" icon is not shown,
(a) press "More Printers" icon while pressing the Control key
(b) in the shown list, choose "Customize Toolbar..."
(c) drag "Advanced" icon to the toolbar
(6) Select Ricoh Network Printer for "Type"
(7) Set the printer URI in "URL:" as below:
RicohNetwork://192.168.1.2
where "192.168.1.2" should be replaced by the IP address of your printer.
(8) Select "Select a driver to use..." for "Print Using"
(9) Select the printer model in the printer list.
(10) Click "Add" button.
(11) The added printer will appear in the list.
