RAM Dual กับ Single ต่างกันมากไหมครับ

อยากรู้ความแตกต่าง ว่าใส่แรมแผงเดียวกับใส่คู่ อันไหนดีกว่า
เช่น DDR2/800 1024 2แผง กับ DDR2/800 2048 แผงเดียว
