ช่วยทีคับ keyboard macbook เอ๋อคับ

คือผมพิมพ์ไปเรื่อยๆอ่ะ อยู่ดีๆผมกดตัว"ว"นะ แล้วมันก็กลายเป็นปุ่มลดเสียงอ่า

กด"ท" ขึ้นเป็น แผปอ คือแบบว่ากดทีเดียว ขึ้นหลายตัวที่อยู่ใกล้ๆเลยอ่ะคับ

บางที caps lock ก็มีไฟเขียวๆติดขึ้นมาเองระหว่างพิมพ์

เป็นทั้งหมดแค่4 ปุ่มคับ คือปุ่ม ว,ท,ไม้เอก,สระอึ

อยากทราบว่าเป็นที่ซอฟแวร์หรือฮาร์ดแวร์อ่า แล้วแก้ไขยังไงดี

ปล.เครื่อง macbook aluminium 2008 13" คับ เป็นตัวมีไฟคีย์บอร์ดอ่า

Option + Cmd + P + R
1- Shut down the computer.
2- Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step
3- Turn on the computer.
4- Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
5- Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
6- Release the keys.

สงสัยคงเป็นที่ตัวคีย์บอร์ดเหงๆ
