There is a YouTube video with B350 gaming pro, I tried and succeeded with my B350 Mortar. My friends' MSI X370 and X470 seem to be able to OCas well. However I haven't heard of another case on non-MSI boards.

Bonus: what also seems to be unlocked, other than multiplier, on 200GE is
(1) triple display from iGPU
(2) 8x PCIE 3.0 (up from 4x) for dGPU
(3) PCIE 3.0 x4 for N VMe along with x8 dGPU.

I think it's safe to say that G4560 is deader than dead.
