Mobile Ryzen SoC Power Management Test. Wasted performance everywhere.
Every Ryzen Notebook, that I've tested so far unnecessarily wasted a whooping 20-50% of gaming performance out of the box due to suboptimal SoC power manangement parameters (can be easily fixed by a microcode update).
To put that into perspective: thats the performance difference of 1-2 CPU generations (or maybe 4-6 if we are talking about Intel's past).
Its really a shame...
*GPU Focused: CPU min/max at 30%
Monster Hunter: World (1080p, low, low render scaling, high textures)
HP Envy x360
Ryzen 5 2500U
2x4GB DDR4-2400
Driver: 18.8.1
