Pls help choose M/B krab....

I have
- AMD Phenom 1090T
- A.DATA DDR3 2000 MHz CL9 (4GB)
- XFX HD4890 1GB
- Antec Signature 650

What brand/model of motherboard that you recommend krab?
Heat Sink?

- Overclock is not the important issue. Wanna overclock but prefer to have the system stability.
- System will be 24/7
- Don't want to over spend (Crosshair IV formula) because I am not the extreme gamer.

Let's say
- Gigabyte motherboard can run only 1866(OC) but the RAM can run 2000 MHz, Asus can run at 2,000(OC), will I notice the significant drop in performance?

- For chipset 890FX, 890GX, 880 and 870, what will be a good choice, since I don't run the crossfire, onboard Video nor a super-overclock?
