ขอวิธี overclock ECS BLACKSERIES A780GM-A

ผมใช้ x2-5000+
ทุกอย่างเดิมๆหมด อยากจะ clock ให้ได้สักประมาณ 2.8-2.9 GHz ต้องตั้งค่าอะไรเพิ่มบ้างครับ
(ไม่เคย clock เลยครับ)
