ขอถามเรื่อง refund ของ steam ครับ

คือถ้าผมซื้อเกมนึงไว้นานแล้ว แต่เก็บเป็น gift ไว้ ยังไม่ได้ add ใส่ library
จะขอ refund ได้มั้ยครับ
