เค้าจะให้ผู้เล่นที่เป็น most active player 7000 คนแรก ได้เข้าไปทดสอบก่อน โดยคำนวณจากการเข้าไปเล่นเกมส์ Counter-Stike: Source และ Counter-Strike 1.6
แล้วก็จะแจกคีย์เพิ่มสำหรับผู้เล่นอันดับสูงสุด 500 คน ใน CS:GO
แต่ทางตัวเกมส์เองก็เริ่มแจกคีย์ไปยังเว็บไซต์ต่างๆ

To reward the most active players, this week we are giving Beta access to the top 7000 active players around the world in CS:S and CS 1.6. We are also giving out additional keys to the top 500 players of CS:GO.
