พบปัญหาไม่สามารถเล่นเกม alan wake 2 ได้

ขอความกรุณารบกวนผู้รู้ช่วยชี้แนะด้วยครับ
คือ เมื่อเริ่มรันเกม alan wake 2 พบข้อความแจ้งเตือน ว่า

The game failed to connect or authenticate with your Epic account. Third-party overlays may prevent the game from resolving this issue. Please try disabling third-party overlays temporarily and restart the game.

ผมก็ไม่รู้ว่า มันหมายถึงอะไรกันแน่ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งที่ ต้องไปปิด third-party overlays นั้น ต้องไปปิดที่ตรงไหน/โปรแกรมอะไร
อย่างไรก็ดี ผมก็เลยทำเรื่องขอ refunded เงินค่าเกมไปแล้ว เพราะเกรงว่าจะเลยเวลาขอ refunded
