จะเอาเกมจากคอมใส่ flashdrive ไปลง xbox360 ยังไงครับ

คือผมโหลดเกม xbox มาแล้วคือจะใส่ flashdrive ไป install ลงใน xbox ได้ไหมครับ
ปกติผมจะ install จากแผ่นไม่ทราบว่า flashdrive สามารถทำได้รึเปล่า ทำอย่างไรครับ
