I need advice on where to host my client website?

I'm looking for advice to finding a good web host for WordPress based website. I have a $50 budget, I am looking for fast support that allows me free time from getting into hosting hassles. I have been looking for some reviews on web and some friend recommended me and said, With Cloudways’ managed hosting for agencies, you don’t need to worry about backing up your clients’ sites or looking for a Content Delivery Network (CDN), but I am not sure about using a managed cloud hosting provider as in past I have only used shared hosting.
