มาขอความช่วยเหลือครับลง driver การ์ดจอ ไม่ได้
เครื่องเป็น Desktop Window 8.1 64 bit
การ์ดจอ PowerColor R9 280X
ตอนกำลังลง driver ก็แคช แล้วขึ้นว่า "Detection driver error. Contact AMD for assistance."
ลองแก้ดูตามนี้แล้วยังไม่หาย
1. ลบ driver การ์ดจอออกทั้งหมด ด้วย AMD Clean Uninstall Utility
(http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-arti...l-Utility.aspx)
แล้วก็เข้าไปลบโฟลเดอร์ AMD ในไดรฟ์ C
เปิด Device Manager แล้ว uninstalled display adapter ซ้ำอีกที แล้วก็รีเครื่อง
2. โหลด Auto Detect Driver tool. (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download) มาใช้
มันก็ขึ้นว่าเจอ driver version 15.12 โหลดลงเครื่องเรียบร้อย
แล้วมันก็ทำการ install ระหว่างนั้นก็แคชขึ้นว่า "Detection driver error. Contact AMD for assistance."
3. เลยไปหยิบ CD driver ที่มากับกล่องการ์ดจอมาลงดูก็ขึ้น Detection driver error. เหมือนเดิม
4. ลองทำข้อ 1-3 ทั้งแบบเปิดเน็ตปิดเน็ตแล้วก็ไม่ได้เหมือนกัน
ลองทำตามวิธีในกูเกิลหมดแล้วมันก็ยังลงไม่ได้เลยขึ้นแบบเดิม
ไม่อยากฟอร์แมทเครื่องใหม่ด้วย
ขอคำแนะนำหน่อยครับว่าจะทำไงให้มัน install แล้วไม่แคช
